It is really important getting new clients and getting new potential clients (or what I like to call them, those dreamy clients) to understand what it is that you deliver and how well you do it.
Wikipedia has a fairly comprehensive definition – however my perspective is that ‘Social Proofing is the psychological event that occurs when people copy the actions of others in an attempt to mainstream their behaviour in certain situations’.
So basically, it is a psychological phenomenon where people do as others do – which is kinda like FOMO in our language which is essentially, the Fear Of Missing Out!
